RESIDENTIAL DESIGN × MODERN METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION

Beautiful homes.
Built differently.

A home you love. A considered way to build it.

We bring residential design together with prefabricated and modular building systems — connecting the drawing board, the factory and your site.

THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED. INTELLIGENTLY BUILT.

THE TRIFORM APPROACH

A home is more than its facade.
So is the way we build it.

For us, the design of a home and the way it comes together belong in the same conversation. Layout, materials and everyday comfort sit alongside manufacturing, transport and installation.

Our approach connects these decisions early. From prefabricated elements to room-sized modules, the building system is considered around the project — with a clear plan for how the parts become a home.

THE SYSTEM BEHIND THE SPACES

Designed as a home.
Planned as a system.

Prefabrication describes making building elements off site. Modular construction brings three-dimensional sections together on site. Design connects the two.

Design for assembly

DfMA — Design for Manufacture and Assembly — brings the design, manufacturing sequence and installation plan into the same process.

Consider together: room layouts, connections, services and site access.

02

Prefabricated elements

Selected building components are made off site, then delivered for installation. The project design determines which elements are suitable for prefabrication.

A coordinated set of parts, prepared before site assembly.

03

Volumetric modules

Three-dimensional sections of a home are manufactured off site, transported and positioned by crane. The extent of finishes and services completed in the factory is agreed for each project.

Room-sized volumes, brought together as one home.

Modular construction.
In the real world.

The Cobbitty project gives a visible example of the journey from transported modules to an assembled home.

From factory to site

Completed volumes are transported to the site as part of a coordinated delivery sequence.
